Design Custom Cabinets & Furniture with Ease
TurboCAD Furniture Maker v7 plug-in let’s you create custom cabinets and furniture sets. It works with parametric symbols created within the TurboCAD program. Customize dimensions, materials, and every furniture element (doors, clamps, office table footing, shelf footing, window and door panels etc.). Then choose from a menu of outputs suitable for the production of furniture with information on prices of consumed materials for custom orders, including optimization of sectioning plans of surface area material. Subsequent data transfer to DAEX CUT offers data processing for production (list of parts, material total, optimizing of sectioning plans) and the price balance.

Generate position numbers for each object automatically with just one click.
Project Documentation Generation
To automatically generate basic views (top, front and side view) and exploded parts including basic cabinet dimensions from TCFM library, click on the icon for project documentation generation. New version also contains a sample drawing and a template for creating project documentation.

Define and Change Interior Detail
Using preset variants, now you can define and quickly change interior detail. In TurboCAD, use TurboCAD Furniture Maker to predefine the combination of wall, floor and ceiling materials with some symbols or to change all interior materials simultaneously. All you have to do is to choose the material combination type.
You can predefine the combination of materials for Worktop, Ceiling platform, Molding, Plinth, Crown, Backboard, Side cladding, Wall tiling, Floors, and Ceiling

Create Views More Easily
With TurboCAD Furniture Maker, it’s easy to quickly set a perpendicular view, for example of the kitchen worktop. You can also display this view in hidden edges and than create dimension.

Quick Composition Of Shelves By Means Of Vector
Once the vector specifying the direction of shelf composition has been defined, the shelves selected from the TCFM symbol library are automatically aligned next to one another. Furthermore there are many set options, such as distances in X, Y, and Z-axes and the sequence of the shelves may be changed during the insertion.
Simple Definition Of Perspective
Determination of the viewer point and view direction enables one to immediately obtain the required perspective view including the pre-defined display of the resulting picture quality and subsequently saved as a JPG file.
DAEX CUT
DAEX CUT (Calculating and optimizing program) in TCFMv7
Data transfer to DAEX CUT offers data processing for production (list of parts, material total, optimizing of sectioning plans) and the price balance.
I. Novelties In The Order Module:
- A. The structure of data elements composing the furniture (shelf) set is displayed.
- Possibility to create a sub-set in the furniture (shelf) set
- Pre-definition of the fibre direction (along X- or Y–axis) on the table top.
- Allowances in X- or Y-direction may be defined for each area element
- Simplified selection of materials via mouse right button: the material of surface area elements may be easily selected and modified in material assortment.
- Locking columns for clearer work with data in Order module
- Possibility to pre-define most used print sets
- Possibility to copy particular item
- Mass insertion of data into selected lines (e.g. insertion of the allowance values in X-axis
- Column Total – it will sum up the repeated elements in the furniture (shelf) set.
- Possibility to insert independent elements into order without including them into the set
II. Novelties in Optimizing Module
- The edge thickness may be taken into account; whether it should be subtracted from the total dimension of the cut plate or not.
- New setting for optimising calculation (e.g. possibility to mark components in sectioning plans, setting of maximal size of scrap for disposal)
- Pre-definition of printing sets for pre-defined print icons
Possibility to Enter Material Group for Particular Element Types
The material, which is to be offered for specific width, may be precisely defined according to the type of plate and ramp.
Possible Switching Over Between 2D Symbol Schemes and their 3D Display
2D and 3D icons will enable switching over between 2D schemes and 3D symbol display. 2D view of proposed interior schemes may be newly saved into jpg format, the same holds for the perspective view.

New function for making tiling on walls and on floors.
Area Definition and Export
Allows for associating a particular area of the TurboCAD drawing with the symbols contained within.

In the DAEX-CUT utility included with Furniture Maker, you can now see information in which area particular symbol is found within the TurboCAD drawing. Also included in DAEX CUT is a new print report (“Position“) where the symbol position is displayed.
Loading Parametric Objects
TurboCAD Furniture Maker now works with parametric symbols created within the TurboCAD program. In TCFM, you have the ability to change the parametric symbol’s size or material, transfer the parametric symbol data to DAEX CUT, and directly import the parametric symbols into TCFM from the TurboCAD Symbol Library.
