Satisfaction Guarantee:
CAD & Graphics Inc. offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee (unless otherwise specified, per offer), entitling the customer to return a purchase to us within 30 days of the date of invoice. Due to publisher restrictions and copy-write laws, opened software cannot be returned. However, it does carry a manufacturer's warranty.
Returns and Exchanges:
CAD & Graphics Inc. must approve all returns/exchanges via email at info@cadandgraphics.com or call 650-627-0015. CAD & Graphics will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number upon approval. The RMA number must be visible on the outside of the box or the return/exchange will be refused. Returns must be received by us no later than 30 days after invoice date. There is a 15% restocking fee on all accepted returns. Missing parts or manuals or damaged packaging will result in additional charges (this does apply to exchanges). All returns/exchanges must be in new condition; those that have been subjected to misuse and/or mishandling are not eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty:
The customer is entitled to the manufacturer's limited warranty that accompanies the product. CAD & Graphics makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties of merchantability and fitness for any purpose are disclaimed. CAD & Graphics Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable for any damages including loss of profit, even having been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all damages arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
Shipping:
We ship via a variety of shipping methods not limited to UPS,Fed EX and the US Postal Service. We also may use outside warehouses and shipping services to ship some items. All Shipments are insured for your protection.
We ship to selected countries internationally.
We strive to ship all in-stock orders placed before 12pm PST (3 pm Eastern) the same day as ordered but do not guarantee same day shipment. Orders placed after 12 pm PST / 3pm Eastern are normally shipped on the next business day (does not inlcude weekends or holidays). However, please add one day processing time to all orders.
Ground shipments are normally delivered in 5-7 business days (not counting weekends and/or holidays)
Expedited Shipments are normally delivered in 2-3 business days
Express shipments are normally delivered in 1-2 business days.
International Shipments are normally delivered in 6-10 business days but customs can hold up orders for longer than this. Custom delays are beyond our control.
Unless prearranged by phone all overnight shipments placed on a Friday before 12 noon PST will be delivered on Monday. Overnight orders placed after our 12 noon PST cut off on Friday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery. However, if Monday is a holiday, shipments can not go out on holidays in which case a late Friday overnight will not go out until Tuesday (first non weekend non holiday day) for Wednesday delivery. The shipping carriers dictate pick up times and holidays so we must follow the shipping services they offer.
Download Orders
Download orders are not processed immediately. Payment has to be verified and then the download link and codes are emailed. We strive to process download orders within 24 hours of placement on Monday through Friday. Downloads are not processed on weekends and holidays, but on the next business day.
CA sales tax will be charged where applicable.
