Do you offer software downloads? Or trial software?
Yes. We offer software downloads for many of our software products. Please note that download orders are not processed immediately. Payment has to be verified and then the download link and codes are emailed. We strive to process download orders within 2 hours of placement. Downloads are not processed on holidays, but on the next business day
For USA downloads, please select ground as the shipping method, and for international orders, please select international shipping even though the orders will be emailed.
Download orders can not be cancelled or refunded once we have emailed you the link and serial and activation codes per publisher policy. All download sales are final.
We do not offer trial software.
How can I get technical support for the product I purchased?
As a reseller we do not provide Technical Support. However, we can direct you to the proper manufacturers support. Contact us either via telephone or email. We do provide pre-sales support to discuss the products we offer and whether they have the features you need.
Is your software compatible with Windows 10?
Yes, all newer versions of our software work with Windows 10 as long as they state they are for PC Windows. We also sell software designed to work on the MAC. Generally any software designed to work on Windows 7 or 8 will also run on Windows 10.
Can I install my software on more than one computer, for example on my desktop and laptop?
The publisher controls the number of installations they allow and whether they allow installation of a single license on more than one computer according to their own policy. In general most publishers do allow you to install their software on two computers for your own use. If the software will be used by more than one person, they always require that one copy be purchased for each person that will be using the software.
What is your return policy?
We strive to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We happily accept returns for hardware and unopened software within 30 days of invoice date. All products must be in new perfect condition. However, due to copyright laws, we are not able to accept returns of opened and installed software. However, we would be glad to discuss the software with you before you purchase to make sure it will meet your needs.
What do I do if I get a defective product?
If you feel that your product is defective please contact us and we will direct you to the proper manufacturer. Often times product customers think is defective is actually working fine, but you need to do one thing or another to get it to work properly. The manufacture's or publisher's tech support division can help you to get your product working or tell you definitely whether or not it is defective
What methods of shipping do you offer?
Most of our orders ship USPS first class, priority or express depending on the choice you select. We also will sometimes use UPS or Fed Ex. We also use 3rd party warehouses and fulfillment for some items and these 3rd parties will use whatever shipping methods they determine will be most effective in getting your order to you in the promised time frame and safely.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship many of our products to a few countries internationally. Please contact us for quotes. Or you can select the country from the menu provided, add items to your cart and get an approximate shipping quote.

Is your order web-site processing system secure?
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We collect sales tax for residents of the state of California only. Citizens of other states are responsible for paying their own sales taxes to their state according to the laws of their state. Sales tax will automatically be calculated at the time of order. Resellers with a valid CA resale certificate and tax exempt organizations within CA can contact to avoid paying the sales tax.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept pre-paid check and money orders. Please contact us for a quote and payment information.

Do you accept purchase orders from government agencies and/or educational institutions?
In order to keep our prices low, we only accept prepaid orders. We can accept your company credit card or provide you with a pro-forma invoice so that you can prepay by check.
